This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “Smile Power” (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), published by Aleksander Lamek.

1. Overview
Smile Power is an application that allows users to control it using smile detection.
We respect user privacy. The App does not require users to create an account and does not ask users to provide their name, email address, phone number, precise location, payment information, or contacts.
2. Information We Collect
The App may process the following types of information:
2.1 App usage and analytics data
We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App and to improve the game.
This may include information such as:
– app opens;
– category opened;
– preview opened;
– share or download button clicked;
– approximate app usage time;
– general device and app information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, and general diagnostic or analytics identifiers used by Firebase.
We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect the user’s name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or the content of the user’s personal photos.
2.2 Age of users
The application is intended for persons aged 18 or over.
2.3 User photos
The App allows users to:
– take a photo using the device camera.
Photos selected or taken by the user are stored locally on the user’s device for use inside the App. We do not upload these photos to our servers.
Users can delete photos from within the App.
2.4 Shared or downloaded images
If the user chooses to share the image, the image is passed to the app selected by the user, such as an email app, messaging app, or social media app. The selected third-party app may process the image according to its own privacy policy.
2.5 Internet connection
The App can be used without an Internet connection. However, some features require Internet access, including advertisements, and analytics services. If the device is offline, these online features may be unavailable, but the core App may still be used.
2.6 Real-time camera and smile detection
The App processes camera frames on the user’s device to detect faces, smiles, mouth opening, and related facial landmarks. This processing is used only to operate App features such as smile detection, games, camera functions, alarm dismissal, memes, compliments, and funny masks. Camera frames used for real-time detection are not uploaded to our servers and are not used to identify the user.
2.7 Wallpapers
The App allows users to set wallpapers on the home screen, lock screen, or both, using Android system wallpaper features. Wallpaper images are stored locally in the App and are applied only after the user chooses this action.
2.8 Notifications
The App may send local daily notifications if the user enables this feature. Notification content is selected by the App and scheduled on the device. The App requests notification permission only when the user activates notifications.
3. Permissions Used by the App
The App may request or use the following permissions or system features:
– Internet access: used for Firebase Analytics, advertising, and to check whether an Internet connection is available.
– Camera.
– Photo/media/file access or Android photo picker: used only when the user chooses to select, save, download, or share an image.
– Sharing features: used only when the user chooses to share a photo.
– Notifications,
– Setting wallpapers,
– Alarm scheduling,
– Foreground media playback,
– Wake lock / keeping alarm active,
– Audio settings / alarm volume.
4. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
– to provide and operate the game;
– to save local game progress on the user’s device;
– to improve gameplay, design, performance, and stability;
– to show and manage advertising;
– to comply with legal, security, and Google Play policy requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
We may share or make data available in the following limited situations:
5.1 Service providers
We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, to process analytics data on our behalf.
We use Google AdMob, provided by Google, to show advertisements in the App.
Google may process analytics and advertising data according to its own terms and privacy documentation.
5.2 User-initiated sharing
If the user chooses to share a photo, the image is sent to the third-party app selected by the user. This happens only after the user actively chooses the sharing option.
5.3 Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
6. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to show banner advertisements.
AdMob may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, ad views, and ad performance data, depending on the user’s age range, privacy choices, country, device settings, and applicable law.
In regions where required by law, the App may show a consent form for advertising and analytics choices using Google’s User Messaging Platform.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children or users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided data through the App, please contact us.
8. Local Data Storage
The App stores certain information locally on the user’s device, including:
– saved photos;
– local App settings.
This local data is stored on the user’s device. Users can delete photos inside the App. Users can also remove local App data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data in Android settings.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Local App data remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, clears App data, or uninstalls the App.
Photos remain on the device until the user deletes them from the App, clears App data, or uninstalls the App.
Analytics and advertising data is retained according to Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google AdMob settings and Google’s applicable retention practices. Users may contact us at kontaktzautorem@gmail.com to request deletion of data associated with them, where we are able to identify and delete such data.
Because the App does not require user accounts, we may not always be able to identify individual analytics or advertising records without additional information.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user data. User photos are stored locally on the device. Data transmitted to Firebase / Google services is transmitted using secure network connections where supported by those services.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
11. International Data Transfers
Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google AdMob may process data on servers located in different countries. By using the App, users understand that data may be processed outside their country of residence, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

If the user chooses to share an image through another app, that third-party app is responsible for its own privacy practices.
13. No User Accounts
The App does not currently allow users to create an account. Therefore, there is no in-app account deletion process. Users can delete local App data by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or through the Google Play listing.
